As promised, I have launched HackathonTips.com. A place where I have started collating tips for attending hackathons and getting the most out of them.

If you are thinking of attending a hackathon or want to know more about them, I suggest you visit the site.

I have also created the Twitter account @HackathonTips and am trying to add tips on there daily. I will eventually run out of tips. so if you know any i'd love to hear and share them!
